We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in an acute hospital setting.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with various conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality patient care within a fast-paced acute setting
* Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans for patients with orthopaedic, medical, and surgical conditions
* Supervise and mentor junior Occupational Therapists and students
* Drive service development initiatives and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
* CORU Registration as an Occupational Therapist (Essential)
* A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year in an acute hospital setting
* Strong clinical skills, particularly in orthopaedics, surgical, and medical rehabilitation
