Main Responsibilities
* To drive service development, consistency and continuous improvement across Involve CLG, working collaboratively with Youth Work Project Co-ordinators, Managers and the CEO.

This includes leading funding compliance reports, developing operational implementation plans for all streams ensuring alignment with organisational strategic goals. You will work in partnership with HR to plan recruitment processes. Identify research new opportunities bringing recommendations forward for organisational growth.
