About the Talent Practice
Our Talent practice combines market data, powerful tools, and advisory expertise. 4 areas are included in the Talent Practice at Aon: Assessment, Rewards, Advisory and People Analytics. As a result, we provide unique and long-term solutions to organisations that empower them to make confident people decisions and build workforce resilience to withstand market volatility. We help our clients to find and keep the right people, pay them appropriately, and ensure they have the ability to do the job well now and grow with the company in the future. In short, we help organsiations to attract, retain and engage the right people.
What the day will look like
The Talent Practice in Aon Ireland has an opening for a Talent Consultant, to work consultatively with teams across Aon to deliver workforce transformation for our clients.
Working alongside a team of experienced Organisational Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology and related skills to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive Irish Labour Market.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Implementing psychometric assessments for recruitment and development
* Supporting the development of skills frameworks and profiles
* Project management and continuous learning on a variety of Talent Advisory topics
* Conducting research and qualitative analysis to inform project outcomes
* Assisting in the design and delivery of workshops and client presentations
* Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
* Participating in internal meetings and learning sessions to build your consulting skills
* Managing client relationships to ensure continued success
* Supporting on business development activities including proposals and events

Skills and experience that will lead to success
This is a strategic role, requiring a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle. Skills required for the role are below, but not limited to:
* MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent HR qualification
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in consultancy/professional advisory
* Evidence of complex project management experience
* Strong understanding of psychometrics, recruitment and talent advisory
* Flexibility to travel as required
