This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to the delivery of core business functions.ResponsibilitiesKey tasks include—but are not limited to—the following:Assist in maintaining statutory registers (directors, secretaries, shareholders, beneficial owners)Support the preparation and filing of statutory documents with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) and Register of Beneficial Owners (RBO)Help organise board meetings and Annual/Extraordinary General Meetings (AGMs/EGMs), including preparing agendas, circulating materials, and taking minutes under supervision.Draft standard resolutions and maintain minute booksLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (auditors, legal advisors, regulators) as directedMonitor compliance calendars and assist with tracking filing deadlinesSupport company incorporations, dissolutions, and restructuring processesEnsure ethical standards and human rights principles are upheld in all tasksRequirementsICSA qualification (or working towards) is an advantage2-3 years' experience in a corporate administration, financial services or legal environment required.Willingness to learn and keep up to date with regulatory and legislative developmentsStrong organisational and time management skillsProactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take initiativeGood written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelWhy us?We empower every employee with significant responsibility from commencement, supported by an engaged management team.
