You will directly contribute to Bank of Ireland being the bank of choice for customers while also operating within a large network within BoI opening future avenues. In this Role, you will: Drive the Change & Release Management process, monitoring its efficiency, driving its continuous improvement across all internal and external partners. Ensure the process is performed as designed Lead effective Service Governance across stakeholders Provide management information on IT service quality and delivery Provide SME input and guidance to Service Providers Manage process exceptions What will make you stand out? Your ability to understand and gain insight from technical information and data and translate it into simpler language will also help you stand out. A high level of IT proficiency along with strong time management skills will enable you to manage sometimes conflicting priorities in a demanding environment. Essential Qualifications Previous IT Service Management experience Familiarity or part qualification of the ITIL Framework/Dev Ops/Agile methodologies Ability to understand and gain insight from technical information and data ServiceNow, SharePoint & PowerBI experience desirable Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills essential More about the team Our team of 4, as a function within the larger Service Management Office, oversee the process for IT infrastructure and software deployments, carried out within the Bank's production environment, for Planned and Emergency releases. The team handles the FSC (Forward Schedule of Change) and the CAB (Change Advisory Board) Process, including the management of Change Related Incidents. The team works very closely together and are always available to support each other. Within the team there are many great opportunities to build great relationships with many other colleagues and stakeholders as we are central to many key strategic programmes within the Bank of Ireland Group. This is a hybrid onsite role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as ITC, Cabinteely, Dublin 18. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration - exact frequency to be agreed with manager. Why work with us?
