Essential Qualifications Previous IT Service Management experience Familiarity or part qualification of the ITIL Framework/Dev Ops/Agile methodologies Ability to understand and gain insight from technical information and data ServiceNow, SharePoint & PowerBI experience desirable Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills essential More about the team Our team of 4, as a function within the larger Service Management Office, oversee the process for IT infrastructure and software deployments, carried out within the Bank's production environment, for Planned and Emergency releases. The team handles the FSC (Forward Schedule of Change) and the CAB (Change Advisory Board) Process, including the management of Change Related Incidents. The team works very closely together and are always available to support each other. Within the team there are many great opportunities to build great relationships with many other colleagues and stakeholders as we are central to many key strategic programmes within the Bank of Ireland Group. This is a hybrid onsite role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as ITC, Cabinteely, Dublin 18.
