We are now seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our modern, newly refurbished office in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
What’s the opportunity?
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be supported from day one with hands‑on training, mentoring and guidance.
You will work across our key service areas – permanent recruitment, interim recruitment and executive search – giving you exposure to a wide range of recruitment assignments, varying clientele and a clear career path within recruitment.
Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of recruitment assignments across permanent, interim and executive search
You will support existing and new client relationships comprising of some of Ireland’s best‑known global brands and desirable employers
You will support the organisation in winning new business
You will undertake the full candidate journey – sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing candidates, advising and guiding candidates through the process to offer stage and beyond
You will utilise our market leading recruitment tools and technology – ensuring optimum efficiency to maximise your opportunity for success
What are we looking for?
You don’t need recruitment experience – just the right mindset!
A recent graduate with a third‑level qualification in business, finance, HR or similar field
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with people
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Any customer‑service or sales related experience is advantageous
