We are looking for a results-oriented Analyst to lead and execute our Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) initiatives.

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of MMM projects, ensuring high-quality data analysis, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

Your insights will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing investments across multiple channels, enabling smarter business decisions.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

* MMM Program Delivery
* Lead and manage end-to-end MMM project timelines to ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and external agency partners to align on objectives, project scope, and deliverables.
* Oversee the full modelling process - from data collection and preparation to model calibration and reporting.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks or potential roadblocks to project success.
* Deliver clear, actionable insights to inform and optimize marketing investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead data collection and validation to ensure high-quality inputs for MMM models.
* Manage and ensure integrity of large datasets from multiple sources.
* Distil complex findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing/Strategy teams.
* Contextualise performance data to enhance insight relevance.
* Support budget and scenario planning analysis using model outputs.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing or analyzing Marketing Mix Models (MMM), ideally within FMCG.
* Strong background in cross-functional project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly and deliver high-impact insights.
* Basic knowledge of analytical engines such as R, SAS, Python for MMM modelling and an understanding of multiple-variable regression modelling.
* Strong grasp of marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks as well as experience handling large datasets and databases (SQL is a plus).
