About Your New Role
This role is for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee a prestigious mixed-use complex in Dublin City Centre.
The estate comprises residential apartments, commercial units, and public carparks, requiring a hands-on leader who can ensure the property is safe, well-maintained, and running efficiently while delivering exceptional service to residents, tenants, and visitors.
Responsibilities;
Oversee daily operations across residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
Develop preventative maintenance plans and coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations.
Manage and supervise contractors and service providers.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure building systems are fully operational.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, complaints, and queries.
Support the Residential and Commercial Managers in achieving high tenant satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff.
Set schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
Ensure full compliance with safety legislation.
Carry out safety inspections and manage emergency procedures.
Maintain safety equipment and accurate incident records.
Oversee carpark operations in collaboration with operators.
Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.
Assist with budgeting and provide regular updates to senior management.
What Skills You Need
You must have a Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management, preferably in a mixed-use development.
Ideally from a technical background or strong technical knowledge.
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
Budget management experience preferred.
Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus.
