Wanted: Dublin Grocery Sales Merchandiser with Giant Drinks Company2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Grocery Sales Merchandiser Role Giant Drinks Industry Area: Dublin Outskirts and City Centre PRL are hiring a Sales Merchandiser to create and develop relationships in stores with the aim of growing sales through a mix of direct selling, business development, data collection & analysis, and merchandising.
The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and learning from them to achieve a common goal.
Role & Responsibilities Full clean driving license required.
Stock & order and merchandising in the Dunnes Stores in your region.
Tesco interventions including correcting bookstore errors and stock review.
Full responsibility for volume target in your region.
Actively address underperforming stores and present solutions to bring them back into growth.
Ensure compliance with all Head Office agreed promotions.
Secure secondary displays.
Place displays to maximise sales.
Merchandise all client SKU's and replenish stock in chillers, sections, promotional displays, and FSUs.
Complete full journey plan weekly.
Record and process all orders through i Pad.
Work closely with the Clients Field Sales team and other key support functions such as Customer Marketing, Brand & Category Development.
Essential Qualifications / Knowledge.''
Sales experience in the FMCG sector.
Merchandising/Sales experience.
Experience with stock & order in Dunnes Stores is preferable but not essential.
Proven record in hitting sales volume targets and delivering on KPIs.
Experience building displays and placing FSUs.
Excellent verbal communication and personal organisational skills.
Ability to overcome objections and strong business acumen.
Full clean driving license.
Strong technological acumen.
Experience in this sector is preferred but not essential.
