This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of the Insurance Operations Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality training initiatives, consulting with internal stakeholders, managing learning delivery, monitoring learning outcomes, and supporting the integration of continuous improvement initiatives.

The L&D Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business priorities. They will track and report on training metrics and effectiveness, team performance, and learning outcomes. Additionally, they will provide coaching and professional development support to team members, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career development plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Leadership, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field. You should also have experience in a L&D lead role, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services, as well as minimum of 1-2 years experience of managing and leading a team.
