Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate evaluation, interview scheduling, reference checks, and job offer issuance.
* Maintain accurate employee data in HR databases and systems.
* Support the preparation of HR reports, such as headcount and turnover statistics.
* Coordinate onboarding processes, including induction schedule preparation and training plan implementation.
* E nsure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records (digital and physical) to comply with legal requirements.
* Monitor and manage employee leave entitlements using HR software.
* Analyze HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and absence rates.
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, responding to employee queries.
* Assist with day-to-day HR activities, including meeting organization, correspondence preparation, and database management.
