Cpl HR recruitment are hiring an experienced HR Operations Lead to manage and improve HR service delivery across European projects for an 18 month contract. This is a hands-on, on-site role that will suit a focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor the HR Operations team to deliver accurate, efficient HR services.
2. Oversee HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance and consistency.
3. Own HR data integrity, reporting, and dashboard creation for senior leadership.
4. Support employee relations and guide managers on people matters.
5. Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic HR projects.
6. Liaise with Payroll and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You'll Bring
7. 5+ years in HR operations.
8. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
9. Must have experience with direct reports
10. High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
11. Confidence working with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
