HR & Employer Branding Coordinator
OCC Construction, a well-established main contractor based in Galway, is seeking a HR & Employer Branding Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations while helping to strengthen our talent attraction and external communications.
This is a hands-on role suited to a junior generalist supporting recruitment, onboarding, alongside careers content, social media posts and events.

Role Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding (starter packs, IT setup, probation tracking).
Manage time & attendance including leave records (BrightHR/Blip)
Provide HR admin support ie.
contracts, personnel files.
Maintain training records and book courses.
Assist employer branding (careers content, social posts, events/college links).
Produce HR reports/KPIs and follow up actions.
Key Requirements:
HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) preferred.
3+ years' HR/admin experience in a busy environment.
Strong recruitment coordination skills, adverts, screening, scheduling, offers.
Proven onboarding/offboarding with solid contracts and HR documentation control.
HRIS proficiency, including managing time and attendance.
Good Excel/PowerPoint skills, good attention to detail, deadline-driven.
Good knowledge of Irish employment law, professional, discreet, and collaborative.
