The Great National South Court Hotel in Raheen, Limerick, is currently seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

What does the role entail?
Greeting and welcoming guests on their arrival into the hotel Checking in and out guests and ensuring that all information required is recorded Advising guests of the hotel facilities, including opening hours, service times and of local amenities.
Issuing guests bills, ensuring that they are correct and that payment is processed as per hotel policy Building on the great relationship with the other departments Liaising with the accommodation department on regular basis and updating them with relevant information in particular room status Dealing with enquires, requests and questions in a friendly and professional manner Following up on Group Bookings, Packages offers etc Liaising with accounts department and ensuring that billing is accurate and correct.
Planning ahead, checking future business and confirming reservations.
Following up on emails and where necessary make relevant bookings What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience as a Receptionist in a Hotel Working knowledge with Hotsoft is advantageous.

Excellent people skills.
Is willing to learn something new and not be afraid to ask questions.
Cares enough about their new role that they will follow up on queries.
Understands the importance of communication and is fluent in English Exceptional customer service skills and will represent the hotel professionally at all times.
Have full permission or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
Note: This role will involve working evenings and weekends.
