* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
* Process new hire paperwork, contracts, and other related documents
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
* Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs
