Pension Governance Specialist
Are you a pensions administration expert looking to broaden your expertise? Do you have experience working with Trustee Boards and their advisors?
We are seeking a skilled Pension Governance Specialist to join our team. In this varied and hands-on role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the Head of Trustee Secretariat Services and the Executive P.A.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assisting with scheme governance project work and other ad hoc Trustee projects.
* Supporting the implementation of Trustee investment decisions, including preparing investment instructions, collating AML documentation, and handling various fund manager requests.
* Assisting in preparations for monthly Board and Committee Meetings, including the collation of meeting papers.
* Taking minutes at Board and Committee meetings.
* Handling CRO and other regulatory filings.
Key Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in the pensions sector.
* Holders of pension, financial, Company Secretarial, or investment qualifications.
* Strong working knowledge of the pension industry, including regulatory and governance requirements.
* Able to work to strict deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
