Requirements and Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in high-performance sales organizations or equivalent functions.

* 5+ years of leadership experience.

* MBA from a top-tier university preferred but not required.

* Strong strategic, analytical, and quantitative mindset.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
