Phorest Go is a key product and we seek a skilled product designer to continue its evolution.
The Opportunity
* Senior Product Designer position focused on building our Phorest Go mobile app.
* Shape the future of the Phorest Go app and have a significant product impact.
* Work autonomously with a product manager, engineering manager, and engineering team.
* Define and evolve product roadmaps in partnership with product managers.
* Collaborate closely with engineers to design, iterate, and ship features.
* Drive design system evolution and define the product vision.
What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with engineering to ensure shipped features meet customer needs; iterate until satisfied.
* Design new features from discovery to shipping and feedback iteration.
* Validate ideas with customers and the community, challenging assumptions.
* Champion design and advocate for client needs within the team.
* Influence product roadmap through prototyping and data‑driven insights.
* Design motivational experiences that inspire users to set and achieve goals.
Who You Are
* Minimum of 6 years of professional product design (UX/UI) experience, ideally in B2B.
* Deep understanding of the target users and ability to influence product strategy.
* Strong, repeatable design process leading to successful solutions.
* Data‑driven decision maker who can justify choices and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
* Solid grasp of web/mobile technologies; ability to collaborate with engineering.
* Passionate about working with PMs and developers to solve core problems.
* Experience running user research, discovery workshops, and evaluating new ideas.
* Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design for web and mobile.
* Detail‑oriented visual design sense with a polished aesthetic.
* Proficient with Figma, prototyping, and storytelling.
* Growth mindset, can‑do attitude, and thrives in ambiguous environments.
* Fluent in English; experience in salon industry or similar software a plus.
