Deliver complex capital projects within sterile fill-finish manufacturing environments, supporting expansion and new facility builds. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, on‑time, and within‑budget project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of fill‑finish CAPEX projects (aseptic processing, equipment, facilities)
Lead installation and qualification of key systems including filling lines, isolators, and utilities
Drive project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
Ensure adherence to cGMP, cleanroom, and validation standards
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders across project phases
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
10–15+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project delivery
Strong experience in sterile/aseptic fill-finish manufacturing environments
Demonstrated expertise in CQV, cleanrooms, and GMP compliance
