We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Support Supervisor for our client in Dublin — someone who still loves getting stuck into the technical side of things but also knows how to lead and motivate a team.
If you’re an experienced technician ready to step up, or already in a supervisory role but still passionate about troubleshooting, mentoring, and delivering real impact — this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and support a team of IT technicians, providing guidance and mentorship when challenges arise.
* Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues — maintaining a strong hands‑on presence.
* Ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations across multiple business environments.
* Provide occasional field support to second Dublin site when needed (a full driver’s licence and access to a car are essential).
What We’re Looking For
We’re not just after a people manager — we want a technically excellent IT professional who can lead from the front.
You’ll have:
* Proven experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Systems Administration (5+ years ideal).
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Deep technical knowledge across:
* Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Active Directory
* Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi)
* Ticketing systems experience
* A problem‑solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
Desirable certs:
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
* CompTIA A+
* Level 7 Diploma in Network and System Security
* Data Protection & GDPR certification
