OverviewApplications are invited for a temporary post of a Change Management Capability Lead within UCD Human Resources. This role will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of UCD Organisational Change Management Strategy (ECM). The role reports to the UCD Organisational Change Manager.ResponsibilitiesKey focus of this role is the strategic development and deployment of targeted change management capability and training initiatives, designed and deployed in support of commitments to an ambitious cultural and digital organisational transformation programme, and the anticipated UCD Strategy to 2030.Build organisational change management capabilities and competencies; drive continuous improvement in change management practice through the design and delivery of targeted change management development initiatives and interventions to build capacity and change readiness within the University, supporting return on investment and benefits realisation of key change programmes.SalarySalary Scale: €70,037 - €111,200 per annum.
