We are looking a highly motivated and driven Team leader, who will be responsible for a team of Field Sales agents. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the team to achieve key sales targets via training coaching and on the job support. Reporting to the Sales and Retention manager the successful candidate will work as part of the Sales Team Leader Group. About you At least 12 months sales management experience. Strong focus in achieving and delivering on the key sales and service metrics. Strong customer focus with exceptional customer relation skills. Good communication skills and an ability to tailor communication style to suit different audiences. Experience training and mentoring teams to success.
