Manage the order to shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, while meeting internal SLAs and KPIs (order entering, fulfilment maximization of orders, seamless delivery process, etc.), Reply to inquiries from internal and external customers on our products (stock availability, expected delivery date, product information, order/shipping status, etc.) Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, effectively using all available resources.
Anticipate client needs by taking the full ownership of your portfolio and a proactive approach to your day to day.
Keep track of all issues related to customers, order- and delivery process (pricing issues, product availability, miss-shipments, etc.) Manage claims
