Our Client, a global alternative investment platform focused on real estate are looking to hire a Finance Analyst to join their Dublin team. This is a great opportunity for a newly graduated/part qualified candidate to join an established firm.
The Role:
* Assist with the preparation of the quarterly financial reporting package and support schedules
* Assist with the preparation of various financial reporting characteristics
* Assist with the budget process
* Manage weekly liquidity and accounts payable to meet corporate objectives
* Assist with detailed analysis on various accounts
Requirements
o Degree in a relevant field and be recently or part -qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
o Ability to discuss accruals and AP/AR with internal finance team and external property managers
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to interpret and understand financial statements from an audit perspective
