At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Construction Operative to join our client’s growing team based in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Construction Operative with experience in Cladding and Insulation/Weatherproofing to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organisation.
What’s on Offer:
* €20.67 per hour
* Pension after 6 months
* 21 days annual leave
Your new role includes:
* Installation of claddings, cills, and any special cladding details.
* Reading drawings or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
* Installing flashings and other weatherproofing systems.
* Signing off all works daily before leaving a job.
* Other duties as required.
Experience you need
* Experience working with EPDM or other types of insulation is beneficial but not essential.
* Previous experience working on construction sites is essential.
* Full driver’s license is necessary.
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
