Crew Member Responsibilities:
* Provide customers with exceptional service that aligns with our Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are: Stewardship, Urgency, Development, and Respect.
* Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
* Complete cleaning tasks, including but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas, keeping floors clean, washing dishes, recycling boxes, and disposing of trash as assigned.
* Maintain the highest quality of food and ensure food safety policies are followed according to Chick-fil-A standards.
* Complete food preparation duties, ensuring all menu items are prepared and available for service at all times.
* Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing quality food and excellent customer service.
* Unload shipments of food and supplies and place them in designated areas as assigned.
