UX/UI Designer
Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Location: Blended working between HTSL Office Dublin 15 and working from home
Reporting To: Head of Products and Systems
Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to shape and influence major digital initiatives while working with cutting-edge technologies in financial services, regulatory tech, and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should be ready to hit the ground running and bring fresh perspectives to challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the UI/UX design process for complex digital platforms and products
2. Create comprehensive user experiences from research through to final implementation
3. Develop and maintain design systems that scale across enterprise applications
4. Work directly with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-impact solutions
5. Drive usability testing and user research initiatives
6. Create high-fidelity prototypes and detailed interaction specifications
7. Ensure accessibility compliance and optimal user experience across all platforms
Skills & Qualifications
1. Degree or third-level qualification in Design, UX, Computer Science, or related field
2. 3+ years of proven UI/UX design experience with enterprise-level projects
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes
4. Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
5. Experience creating and maintaining design systems
6. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies
7. Track record of shipping successful digital products
Technical Requirements
1. Advanced proficiency in Figma
2. Experience with prototyping tools (Adobe XD and others)
3. Understanding of frontend development principles
4. Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
5. Experience with user testing platforms and methodologies
