As an Associate Data Scientist, you'll contribute to developing and deploying machine learning models and NLP solutions that drive real-world impact.
You'll work on challenges at the intersection of AI and talent acquisition, collaborating with product experts, engineers, and fellow data scientists in a culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
This is a hybrid position based at Windmill Lane, Dublin 2, our strategic hub for AI development in Ireland.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and training machine learning models, including NLP applications.
Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate models into production systems.
Stay curious and learn emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Basic knowledge of Python and data science/machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch).
Understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
