Job Description:
As a Construction Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting temporary and permanent staff for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert consultation on candidate selection.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from initial candidate screening to placement and post-placement support. This includes creating job descriptions, advertising positions, interviewing and assessing candidates, and negotiating salary and benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction industry
* Strong understanding of the construction and building services industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
