About This Role

We are seeking an experienced hotel operations manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our hotel.


Main Responsibilities

* To manage and coordinate all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high guest satisfaction levels.
* To supervise and support department managers, providing guidance and training as needed to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* To handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
* To monitor staff performance, provide regular feedback and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
* To ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for employees and guests alike.
* To manage inventory, budgets, and financial records related to hotel operations, ensuring accurate reporting and transparent financial management.
* To assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
* To conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.


Requirements

* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees to deliver exceptional results.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism, resolving conflicts and issues efficiently and effectively.
* Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
