Key Responsibilities
Provide real‑time front‑line support to Automation Information Systems (AIS) in accordance with GAMP standards.
Maintain automated systems by performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot control system software and hardware issues.
Diagnose process issues related to the control systems.
Identify solutions to problems.
Work on automation system changes.
Work closely with operational staff at all levels of the client organisation.
Maintain system documentation.
Augment programming code for manufacturing equipment.
Prepare and present structured, comprehensive, detailed written reports.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences or equivalent.
At least 3 years’ experience as a DeltaV Automation Engineer within the life sciences industries.
Previous site experience on a Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Batch automation project.
Excellent diagnostics skills and lateral thinking.
Strong knowledge of S‑88 Batch industry standard; onsite exposure to batch process preferred.
Familiarity with regulated industry standards, including cGMP, GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11.
Working knowledge of other control system platforms desirable (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Unicorn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work shift and in a team environment.
