Customer Service Ambassador
This role is a key position within our community, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents. As the face of our community, you will be the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries and concerns.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, including but not limited to:
* Logging maintenance requests
* Filing and preparing notices
* Handling payments and debt management activities
* Copying documents
In addition to administrative tasks, this role involves conducting viewings, following up on sales conversions, and compiling relevant paperwork and leasing contracts.
You will also be responsible for conducting scheduled resident apartment visits and assisting with community preparations, including move-in and move-out processes.
As a member of our community team, you will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. You will be required to participate in an on-call roster to provide out-of-hours emergency support for our communities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a similar world-class hospitality environment. They will be culturally aware and able to adapt their relationship-building, communications, and negotiation skills to suit different audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Good level of general education
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent customer service skills and significant experience in a customer-facing service delivery role in a similar world-class hospitality environment
* Culturally aware and able to adapt relationship-building, communications, and negotiation skills to suit audience
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
* Team player who is approachable and welcoming
* Proactive with a can-do attitude and ability to act autonomously
