Job Description

The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Head Chef to develop and execute menu offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, assisting in managing kitchen operations, preparing dishes for service, and maintaining food standards.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef through excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Managing each section of the kitchen to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
* Preparing dishes from start to finish while adhering to food safety protocols.
* Maintaining mise en place to streamline kitchen operations.
* Liaising with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.


Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in HACCP, labor cost management, and menu compilation. The ability to lead a team and support the Head Chef in achieving culinary excellence is essential.
