We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing Ireland Division.
This is a hybrid role based in our Citywest Head Office, where you'll spend a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager - Ireland Division, you'll play a vital role in delivering an efficient, best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders across the business. You'll support hiring activity across high-impact business units including Construction, Infrastructure, Central Services and more.

What You'll Be Doing
* Partnering with Recruitment Managers and hiring teams to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
* Drafting and posting engaging job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, IrishJobs, Indeed, etc.)
* Sourcing candidates proactively through job boards, talent databases, and social channels
* Scheduling interviews, supporting coordination logistics and handling candidate communications
* Ensuring accurate, compliant record-keeping and data management using our ATS and systems
* Providing a smooth, responsive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders
* Representing Sisk at recruitment and student fairs
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or a related support role
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first mindset
* Familiarity with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems is an advantage
* A collaborative approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a can-do attitude
* A relevant third level qualification or professional Recruitment Certificate
