Job Description:
The role of Senior Executive Assistant involves providing high-level support to key senior leadership within the Finance, Actuarial, Risk & Compliance functions. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing correspondence and calendars for the Finance Director / Chief Risk Officer, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize correspondence and calendars for the Finance Director / CRO
• Provide mutual support to other executive assistants
• Coordinate documentation and meeting packs, taking minutes where necessary
• Liaise with direct reports to help maintain focus on strategic priorities
• Coordinate with other executives and departments to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives
Requirements:
You will need:
• Approximately 510 years' experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership / C-suite executives
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The confidence to interact with a wide range of senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative tools
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
