Relief Chef Opportunity
We are seeking skilled chefs to join our team and provide support to busy kitchens across the city and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
* Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
* Support kitchen teams during busy service periods
* Manage food prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
* Adapt to different menus and dietary requirements as needed
Requirements for Success
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-moving kitchen (contract catering background is an advantage)
* Culinary qualification desirable but not required
* Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certificates (training available if necessary)
* Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends
