Description
Platinum Pilates are looking for a basic grade and/or senior grade
Chartered Physiotherapist
to join our multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for blending physiotherapy and movement-based therapy to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness goals.
Experience in Mat and/or Reformer Pilates is desirable.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation patients with autonomy and professionalism.
Independently conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs, goals, and functional limitations.
Formulate and deliver individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings, incorporating evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
Deliver individual and group ClinicalPilates sessions as part of treatment and preventative care plans.
Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and body mechanics to encourage long-term wellbeing.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical notes and patient records in line with legal and organisational standards.
Manage all personal administrative responsibilities including scheduling, patient notes, logging payments, and issuing receipts.
Communicate effectively with patients and external healthcare providers, including local GPs and specialists, to support coordinated care.
Collaborate with the wider clinic team to promote holistic, patient-centred care.
Assist the marketing team in generating new patient referrals and increasing clinic visibility.
Proactively build and maintain your own caseload with professionalism and commitment to high-quality care.
Participate in clinic events, community outreach, workshops, or wellness programmes to promote physiotherapy.
Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
Registration: Current registration with
CORU
(mandatory).
Chartered membership with the
Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP)
.
Certification or formal training in Mat and/or Reformer Pilates.
Knowledge of working with specific populations, such as elderly, athletes, pre/postnatal clients, or chronic pain patients.
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
Strong understanding of biomechanics, movement patterns, and rehabilitation techniques.
