* Qualifications/Requirements
* Very good working knowledge of HIQA standards and EHO standards
* Min 5 years experience in a busy kitchen (required)
* Training Certs + HACCP
* Leading catering team
* Scheduling rosters to meet needs
* Familiar with dietary needs of elderly residents
* Ordering stock / stock management to meet daily menu requirements
