About the Role:
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of coordinators in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include deploying resources, ensuring logistics, generating reports, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations, including workload allocation and performance reviews.
2. Drive attention to optimizing business efficiency through projects and services.
3. Realign workloads to advance the organization towards a customer-centric setup.
4. Achieve results in line with projected revenue/orders and identify opportunities.
5. Perform quality control checks and review financial exception reports.
6. Implement training programs and promote safe behaviors within the team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
* Management or customer service qualification.
* Evidence of continued training or relevant experience.
* Significant experience in managing teams and analyzing data.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to travel.
