* Spearhead complex projects involving ambiguity or undefined pathways.
* Making informed project decisions rooted in technical and clinical insight, combined with customer input.
* Oversee senior engineers and managers engaged in product development and early-stage technology exploration.
* Provide mentorship and coaching, ensuring robust career development plans and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with project teams to establish clear objectives and review performance progress.
* Ensure efficient use of team capacity and adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Ideal Background and Expertise:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
* At least 7 years of hands-on engineering experience in a comparable environment.
* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams.
* Strong people leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
* Proven program management expertise in regulated environments.
* Dynamic, proactive mindset leading in a global, cross-functional team setting.
* Results-driven approach with extensive experience in the medical device sector.
