Role SummaryAs a Junior Project Engineer Student, you will contribute to defining, documenting, and refining standards, procedures, and processes. You'll also support the management and coordination of project tasks, helping the team deliver on schedule and quality goals. You will learn how Mechatronic product development flows from concept through to delivery and how to coordinate across technical, quality, and stakeholder domains.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain documentation for standards, procedures, workflows, and best practicesAssist in planning, scheduling, tracking project deliverables, milestones, and risksCoordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Industrial, Quality, Purchasing, Operations, etc.) to collect input and ensure alignmentMonitor project progress and produce reports/updates for stakeholdersHelp implement process improvements and support continuous improvement initiativesSupport training and onboarding of new team members on standards and proceduresLearn and adopt project management tools and methodologiesParticipate in periodic reviews, audits, and process compliance checksAssist in change management: capturing change requests, updating documentation, and communicating modificationsWhat You'll Bring / What We're Looking ForBe enrolled in an Engineering degree course at University or College levelStrong interest in project management, product development, or systems thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to spot inconsistenciesAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and working environmentsGood organizational skills and ability to multitaskProactive mindset, willingness to take ownership and suggest improvementsComfortable working in a team and collaborating across functionsFamiliarity with basic technical or software development concepts (coding, version control, systems engineering, etc.) is a plusWhat You'll GainHands-on training in R&D Project management and product development processesReal exposure to the full lifecycle of a Mechatronic product developmentMentorship from experienced professionalsOpportunity to work with modern technologies and tools
