Building Services Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Building Services Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and surveying functions across a portfolio of mechanical and electrical building services projects.
* Undertake detailed measurement and quantification of mechanical and electrical services from drawings, specifications, BIM models, and site information.
* Manage all commercial and contractual duties relating to building services packages throughout the project lifecycle including tendering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and final account.
* Prepare comprehensive cost plans, monthly valuations, variations cash-flow forecasts & Commercial Reports across all M&E elements.
* The ideal candidate will possess a Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline along with minimum 5 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within building services or similar technical environment.
* Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical building services installation methodologies & associated Commercial Management practices is essential along with Excellent skills in Measurement Cost Analysis negotiation reporting along with ability to manage multiple projects prioritize workload operate proactively in fast-paced environment.
* A high level of proficiency ✉ Excel measurement software estimating tools digital construction platforms e.g. BIM CDE systems also preferred.
