This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting the delivery of impactful website and digital marketing projects in a fast-paced agency environment.If you're an experienced digital marketing professional who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and delivering measurable results, this could be the ideal next step.The RoleAsDigital Account Manager, you will manage day-to-day client interactions, provide strategic digital guidance, and oversee the execution of a wide range of marketing activities. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and performance targets are met.Key Responsibilities:Proactively generate new digital ideas and recommendations to support client growth, lead generation and revenue enhancement.Plan, create and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo and HubSpot.Update and maintain client websites using WordPress, Elementor and Shopify, including copy, blogs, imagery and product listings.Coordinate with PPC, SEO and design teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns and report performance insights to clients.About YouYou will be a proactive and confident marketer with strong digital execution skills and the ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and clarity.
