Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimizer to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of the Manufacturing Operations department, you will be responsible for establishing and managing manufacturing systems within the department.
* Provide expert support to the manufacturing team in areas such as SAP, LIMS, finite scheduling, and benchtop equipment.
* Process and system owner for manufacturing benchtop equipment, including management of vendors and maintenance of accurate equipment lists.
* Collaborate with relevant departments on all aspects of benchtop equipment qualification lifecycle.
* Coordinate vendor visits on site for benchtop support, qualification, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating work between functional groups to meet production objectives and timelines.
* Identify and assess new models of benchtop and new equipment as required.
* Act as a role model for the Manufacturing function and the wider organization in adherence to corporate core values and PROUD culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Expert knowledge of SAP, LIMS, finite scheduling, and benchtop equipment.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Able to coordinate work between functional groups.
* Able to identify and assess new models of benchtop and new equipment.
Ensure GMP compliance, manage deviation investigation and CAPA implementation, and support client auditing and agency inspections. Support continual improvement of manufacturing documentation and communicate operational status regularly to senior management.
