Job Description: We seek an experienced Sales Process Manager to lead and optimize our sales team's performance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and procedures to drive revenue growth and optimize the recruitment sales cycle.
* Create and close new sales opportunities, working towards realistic targets.

* Collaborate with the sales team to define and refine sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.
* Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively execute the sales process.
* Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of sales tools, systems, and technologies to support the sales process.
* Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with overall business objectives.
