Requirements for Head Chef: Formal Culinary Training 2-3 years experience in a hotel or venue, catering for high - volume numbers (events, conference or banqueting) Excellent communication skills Experience leading a team of chefs, in a fast-paced environment In return you will join a company dedicated to using fresh local ingredients at every stage of the production process to enable you to create and deliver excellent results.
