This company is one of the industry leaders in their sector and has gone from strength to strength in recent years, successfully expanding into new lucrative markets.
They are now looking for a seasoned Vendor Governance professional to manage vendor relations for their various technical partnerships across multiple departments.
This role will involve establishing QBR's processes, vendor strategy alignment, and stakeholder management both internal and external. Prior experience working with AWS cloud services would be highly beneficial, as this is one of their key vendor relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced contractor to embed themselves into a rapidly growing company during a pivotal period in its history.
This is initially a 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering a day rate of €550–650.
Responsibilities
Own and manage strategic technology supplier relationships across multiple departments, with a primary focus on AWS
Lead commercial activities including contract negotiation, renewals, pricing reviews, and supplier performance management
Establish and maintain vendor governance structures, ensuring alignment with business, technical, and regulatory requirements
Required Experience
12+ years of experience in IT Vendor Management within complex, technology-led environments
Extensive experience working Enterprise level positions
Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, including experience managing AWS as a strategic vendor
Terms
