We are recruiting a Machine Operator to join our team in Shannon. The qualified candidate will be responsible for day‑to‑day card and / or reader programming, light maintenance of machinery and equipment, and primary support to the Production Leader/Production Supervisor. The MO3 serves as backup for the MO4 (Production Lead) and steps in when MO4 is unavailable.

Responsibilities
* Must comply with SOPs and work instructions related to job function.
* Will be held accountable to performance standards to ensure output positively contributes to area specific KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
* Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with peers and internal customers.
* Setup and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines.
* Conduct manual production operations as required.
* Perform daily 5s and PM of equipment and surrounding areas as required.
* Verify BOMs, programming requirements, product types, artwork and markings.
* Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance.
* Proactively log and elevate potential issues to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues or operational inefficiencies.
* Participate in root cause, corrective / preventive action activities as required.
* Understand workload for the day and schedule shift hours based on demand.
* Ensure all Machine Operators have the right materials and paperwork.
* Ensure Order Management process is executed correctly to achieve daily Delivery/Efficiency targets.
* Act as the point of contact between production and support areas to resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
Experience and Education
* Must have a minimum of one year manufacturing experience.
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Familiarity with MS Office applications.
* Experience with Windows operating system.
* Comfortable navigating Excel.
