Join an expanding team with a growing company based in Oranmore, Co. Galway. The role involves working with the One Touch scheduling programme for 12 months, Monday to Friday, with weekend work depending on requirements, possibly every other weekend.

Role Overview: A Client Care Coordinator ensures clients receive high-quality care by coordinating services, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with clients, care teams, and healthcare professionals. They also maintain accurate records, handle inquiries, and may assist with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Coordination: Managing client care schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage, and adjusting schedules as needed.
* Communication: Acting as a liaison between clients, their families, care team members, and healthcare professionals.
* Client Support: Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and providing support and guidance.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and care plans.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring client care delivery to ensure high standards of care.
* Administrative Tasks: Assisting with data entry, filing, report generation, and other administrative duties.
Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
* Problem-solving ability to assess situations and implement solutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant software.
* Healthcare experience or working with individuals in need of care is preferred.
