This role involves providing timely and effective support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing incidents using company standard tools, and escalating issues within the team.
1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
2. Provide initial customer support for custom line-of-business applications
3. Manage incidents using company standard tools and processes
4. Supporting Windows 7 and 10 computers systems with professional competence,
is installing authorised softwares
and assisting users with new laptops/desktops as well performing asset lifecycle management duties furthermore escalation of IT issues will be part of your day-to-day operations..,
